PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shovel support device capable of easily acquiring the understanding related to necessity of maintenance of the shovel.SOLUTION: A shovel support device includes a display device, a communication device and a processing device. The processing device acquires time series data showing an operation state of a diagnostic object shovel from the diagnostic object shovel through the communication device. Typical time series data extracted based on the diagnostic result of the diagnostic object shovel is acquired from a database in which the diagnostic result of the diagnostic object shovel and the typical time series data showing the operation state of the shovel are stored in association with each other. Further, the time series data of the diagnostic object shovel and the typical time series data acquired from the database are compared with each other, and are displayed on the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
