The present invention relates to a control method using vehicle blocking equipment and a system using the same. According to an embodiment, the vehicle blocking equipment comprises: a blocking pole which is movable on a first location and a second location, wherein the first location means the location to block an access road for a vehicle not to pass through, and the second location means the location to let the vehicle pass through the access road; a photographing unit which is movable between a first photographing position to photograph a first area and a second photographing position to photograph a second area; and a driving unit, connected to the blocking pole and photographing unit, for providing the blocking pole with the power to move between the first location and second location and for providing the photographing unit with the power to move between the first photographing position and second photographing position at a time that the blocking pole is provided with the power. When the blocking pole is at the first location, the photographing unit is at the first photographing position, and when the blocking unit is at the second location, the photographing unit is at the second photographing position, by the connection of the driving unit, blocking pole and photographing unit. Also, the blocking pole and photographing unit are connected to each other. |
