The present invention relates to an apparatus for aligning a secondary battery cell. The apparatus for aligning a secondary battery cell according to the present invention includes a hopper having a guide path; an alignment transfer part which aligns a secondary battery cell in a support condition to successively stack a dropping secondary battery cell in the guide path; and a stack storage part which is stacked by receiving the aligned secondary battery cells from the alignment transfer part. So, the secondary battery cells can be aligned without misalignment.
