CONSTITUTION: The space retainer for the vertebra or the interspinal disc has a tubular part(100) and teeth(103,104) on each end part of the space retainer. An element(101) is set on at least one end part of the tubular part(100) and has an upper plate(102) inclinable at an angle against the vertical axis of the tubular part(100).
