<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an optical information recording medium with little warping and having excellent recording characteristics and the optical information recording medium to be manufactured by the manufacturing method in the manufacturing method of the optical information recording medium having an adhesion process of cover layers using a pressurization member. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the optical information recording medium has a cover layer pasting process in which the cover layers are pasted via an adhesion layer or an adhesive layer on the surface on the side of a recording layer provided on a substrate and performs recording and reproduction by irradiation of laser light from the side of the cover layer.
