<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a water-mark in a transparent adhesive layer to indicate that information recorded on a disk substrate is real. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing an optical disk 10, where a transparent adhesive layer 13 is formed between first and second disk substrates 11 and 14 by irradiating a transparent adhesive with ultraviolet rays to harden it when the first disk substrate 11 on which a signal surface is formed is stuck to the second substrate 14 by using the transparent adhesive, a light shielding mask 2 having a specific mask pattern 2a is used to partially shut off the ultraviolet rays, and the ultraviolet rays are radiated through the light shielding mask 2 to form a water-mark part 13a in which light transmittance is reduced corresponding to the specific mask pattern 2a of the light shielding mask 2 in the transparent adhesive layer 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
