An agricultural vehicle 1 is provided with a loose flexible springy open framework 12, 10 attached to the vehicle and to a framework 14, 19 pivoted at 17 to the framework, and with fixed side partitions 9. Normally, the framework is collapsed on to the platform. In use, crops lying on the ground are gathered by device 5 as the vehicle moves and are projected upwards within the framework so that the framework gradually expands to the position shown until the vehicle is completely loaded. The vehicle also carries chains 24 and the material fed by device 5 is moved backwards by endless conveyer 26 to assist the loading. |
