<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build a power load leveling system that obtains a cost merit by using a night electric power so as to make it easy for general consumers to start using the system, and that is safe and contributive to the preservation of environment by using alternative energy together. <P>SOLUTION: This power load leveling system achieves both average power demand to a consumer's load 30 and the saving of fossil fuels by supplying electric power to the consumer's demand load 30 in particular, by making an energy-storing device 40 store electric power and gas using power from a power system 10 keeping on supplying power from the power system 10 to the consumer's load 10 while its power demand is small, and by making the device 40 discharge the power and gas while the power demand is large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
