Electrostatic filtered electrical feed voltage regulator. G6B. has a dual circuit, the first supplying the filtered voltage to the scanner and the other working independently between two norms with an outlet to a time base circuit which has a resistance-capacitor-inline circuit in which is employed a condenser loading to produce the output signal. The resistance-capacitor circuit has two parallel circuits which are dissimilarly biassed. The feed is controlled through the setting of the blocking period in a controllable rectifier set in relation to the phase of the alternating supply. The time base control circuit is re-established within the duration of a feed semi-cycle.
