The present invention provides more effective supplement foods and safe pharmaceuticals with no adverse effects provided by both of hypotensive effect and anti-diabetic effect. The supplement foods and pharmaceuticals of the present invention comprise squash extract mixed with onion extract. Synergistic effect of the two extracts can be expected by mixing onion extract to squash extract. For example, more effective supplement foods with no adverse effects compared to, for example, onion extract alone can be provided, which have combined effects of hypotensive effect and anti-diabetic effect.
