<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a bone marrow stem cell, by which excellent effects such as the acquisition of such a transplantation material as early designed can be obtained due to the non-contraction of a support during the culture, an expectation for the efficient proliferation and differentiation of the cell, and the non-contraction of the finally obtained cell-support composite product, to provide a culture kit which can be used for the culturing method, and to provide a biotissue-like structure. <P>SOLUTION: This method for culturing the bone marrow stem cell is characterized by using an animal cell culture solution and a support consisting essentially of a composite material where a biodegradable synthetic polymer exists in a fibrous form in a sponge comprising a cross-linked natural polymer, and proliferating and differentiating the bone marrow stem cell on the support. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
