<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a sense of pain caused by piercing, to minimize pain caused by blood sampling, and to use sanitary use. <P>SOLUTION: This system for painless blood sampling is provided with a shock generator for applying a shock to the human body part in a designated order in synchronization with the movement of a piercing part.
