<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk recording device in which a functional characteristic i.e., recording precision that is not adversely affected by a recording speed and is kept at a constant level at all times while maintaining no drift caused by temperature, is easily realized employing low cost commercial LSIs. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an (N-2)T/FF delaying circuit 102 which is operated by a clock having a prescribed period that is arbitrarily set and delays input pulses, a T/M/FF delaying circuit 104, a selector (1) 103 which selects these delayed pulses, a selector (2) 105, an RS-FF 108 which controls the starting and the ending positions of a presently recording pit by the delayed pulses for the positional relationship at the time of forming the pit that is currently recorded and the pits in the front and the back of the pit and outputs EFM signals whose pulse time widths are compensated for and a PLL/VCO clock generating circuit 109 which generates clocks to obtain an operating timing of the circuits 102 and 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
