<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide magnetic material having such an electric characteristic with reduced permeability and increased resistivity, and to provide a noise filter using the magnetic material. <P>SOLUTION: The oxide magnetic material contains NiO, CuO, and Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>.
