摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide transparent conductive laminates having excellent adhesion properties and high transmission of transparent conductive layers composed of ITO, etc., which are specifically used for touch panels, by applying a uniform thin film having no irregularity in a wet process. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive laminate is formed by sequentially laminating, on a transparent base, a high refractive index layer, a low refractive index layer composed of a silane compound, and the transparent conductive layer. The low refractive index layer contains the silane compound not containing a siloxane bond, and an organic solvent. A coating fluid for the low refractive index layer does not contain organic compounds containing a fluorine and compounds containing the siloxane bond, and has a viscosity of 2.5-5.0 mPa/a at 20°C, and a surface tension of 18.0-28.0 mN/m at 20°C.
