<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order control device for placing an order without anxiety by allowing a customer to precisely grasp the order content and the order state. <P>SOLUTION: The control server 10 is an order control device 1 connected to a plurality of orderer terminals 20 via a network. The control server 10 has an input part 12 for inputting information on an order, an order processing part 14 for making or deleting order information including orderer identification information on the basis of the information inputted from the input part 12, and a storage part 16 for storing the order information, and extracts and transmits the corresponding order information to the orderer terminals 20 with the orderer identification information as a retrieval key according to access from the orderer terminals 20.
