PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a desired voice converting part speedily accessable and to easily recognize the division of text information. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a voice converting device 2 for converting text information to voice, dividing device 2 for dividing the text information to a plurality of subtext information, manipulator 3, in which an operator can change a position to start the voice conversion by the voice converting device, and operational stress impressing devices 2 and 3 for impressing operational stress to the manipulator when changing the position to start the voice conversion over pieces of subtext information by the manipulator. Thus, when the operator is to change the position to start the voice conversion and movement is to be performed over the pieces of subtext information, the operational stress is impressed to the manipulator 3 so that the movement over subtext data can be known from the feelings of operation of the manipulator 3. |
