<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic data output apparatus, and an electronic data authenticating system capable of easily specifying a production date of electronic data, allowing no alternation, and improving reliability of the production date and the content of the electronic data. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic data output apparatus 10 outputs the electronic data 11, and is provided with a connecting means 14 connected to an authenticating server 100 for providing time stamp service via a network, and a time authenticating means 15 for receiving and preserving an electronic certificate 101 for relating and certifying electronic information and its time stamp information by transmitting the electronic information composed of the produced electronic data 11 or its unidirectional function value to the authenticating server 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
