PURPOSE: A method for preparing an electrode sheet for an electrochemical element and an electrochemical element containing the electrode sheet prepared by the method are provided, to prepare the electrode sheet for an electrochemical element having at least one lithium-intercalating electrode composed of a mixture of at least two copolymerized fluorinated polymers for improving the energy density of cells. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of finely dispersing electrochemically active materials insoluble in the polymer in the polymer matrix; mixing the dissolved fluorinated polymer with the electrochemically active materials; and extruding the obtained pasty substance to form a sheet; laminating a polyolefin separator which is provided with a mixture of the two polymers, wherein PVDF-HFP copolymers is used as the polymer and the proportion of HFP is less than about 8 wt%. Preferably the solvent is N-methyl-1,2-pyrimidinone or acetone. |
