SOLUTION: Prescribed information data are previously recorded on an information data recording means 113 of a card part 110. When communicating with the other equipment by a first radio communication control means 123 of a telephone communication processing part 120, when it is necessary to read or to write a prescribed information data, a control means 122 requests the read or write control of information data through an internal communication control means 121 to the card part 110. The card part 110 acquires the request by an internal communication control means 114 and corresponding to this request, an information data processing means 112 performs read or write processing of information data recorded on the information data recording means 113. The read information data or response of writing is sent through the internal communication control means 114 to the telephone communication processing part 120. The control means 122 sends the read information data or response of write through the first radio communication control means 123 to the equipment of a request destination.
