The device has a cover (1) provided with a particles distributing duct (2), in its lower part. The duct distributes dry or liquid particles suspended in the air. Particles producing and scattering units contained in a base are activated by an activating device, during connection of the cover and a seat (3). The connection has a channel, and is attached to the base. The base has a storing unit to store slender and disinfecting product.
