PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly selectively producing a polyvalent alcohol polyglycidyl ether having low viscosity. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polyvalent alcohol polyglycidyl ether is characterized by reacting a polyvalent alcohol with an epihahohydrin in the presence of an acidic catalyst to prepare a halohydrin ether, reacting the halohydrin ether with a dehydrohalogen-ating agent, and by using a mixture of a boron trifluoride-complex with tin tetrachloride as the above acidic catalyst. |
