<p>1321314 Fixation of dyes in textiles FARBWERKE HOECHST AG 9 July 1970 [9 July 1969] 33376/70 Heading D1B Textile materials consisting of synthetic fibres, native or regenerated cellulose or mixtures thereof are dyed or printed by applying aqueous or solvent containing dyestuff preparations by padding or printing followed by optionally drying and then treating for 5 to 150 seconds in the vapours of organic solvents under saturated vapour conditions at 150‹- 240‹C to fix the dyes. The solvents may be hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, terpene-hydrocarbons, alcohols, glycols, glycolethers, polyglycols, polyglycolethers and esters or mixtures thereof which boil at 150‹-240‹C. Polyesters, cellulose triacetate, cotton and regenerated cellulose are dyed with disperse, vat, reactive, acid, and complex metal dyes.</p> |
