PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dissolving dolomite comprising stabilizing in good balance dolomite as an ideal food material with a Ca/Mg ratio of (2:1) so as to utilize it for beverage. SOLUTION: This method comprises dissolving dolomite with a fermented lactic acid and putting the resultant solution to refining filtration to obtain a lactic acid dolomite solution with a reaction concentration of <=20 wt.% to stabilize the Ca/Mg ratio in the solution at (2:1). |
