PREMIXED COMBUSTION APPARATUS OF BOILER

PURPOSE: A premixed combustion apparatus of a boiler is provided to increase a thermal efficiency of the boiler, and reduce a generation of a harmful gas by forming a mixing expansion portion for guiding a complete combustion of a premixed gas. CONSTITUTION: A combustion apparatus of a boiler comprises a gas chamber(30), a nozzle guide(40) for guiding a gas into the gas chamber, a nozzle(50) for injecting the gas through an injecting hole, and a nozzle damper(60) for controlling an amount of an introduced air. A mixing expansion portion(35) is formed at a rear side of a mixing chamber. A preheated gas at the gas chamber is supplied to a burner installed at an upper part of a heat exchanger. The mixing expansion portion burns completely the mixed gas supplied at the burner.
