PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collapse of a responsiveness due to an impedance change of a line in a circuit for varying an electrical length of a distributed constant circuit by uniformly varying a permittivity of a dielectric board. SOLUTION: The distributed constant circuit by a conductor layer 3 is formed on the dielectric board 1 formed of a dielectric material having the permittivity which can be arbitrarily changed in a two-dimensional manner, a physical change is externally given to the substrate 1, based on signals from voltage control mechanisms 8 and 9, and the permittivity of a desired area of the board 1 is locally changed to a desired value. Thus, the impedance change of the substrate 1 is suppressed to a minimum limit. |
