PURPOSE:To improve frame efficiency by setting the length of a preceding signal to be added to a time slot to one repeating section, by newly generating the preceding signal for a clock and a start signal at a repeating station. CONSTITUTION:A detecting circuit 5, once detecting a start signal ST in a received signal, triggers a control circuit 7. The circuit 7 stores an information signal INF in a memory 6 and then starts a generating circuit 8 to generate a preceding signal P and a signal ST newly, which are transmitted. The signal INF in the memory 6 is then transmitted. At a next repeating station, the heat part of the signal P is absent until the clock synchronism of a synchronizing circuit 3 is obtained, but the circuit 8 generates the signals P and ST newly, so the tranmitted signal is the same as that of the preceding station. |
