PURPOSE:To execute stably and efficiently an automatic welding work in a narrow place by providing a positioning profile sensor of a welding torch, a front and rear profile device and its rotating device, and a welding core wire feed device, on an automatic welding device. CONSTITUTION:When welding plural rib plates 6 in a channel-shaped narrow work 5 by an automatic welding device 1, a positioning profile sensor 9 of a welding torch 8 is installed to the torch 8 of the automatic welding device 1, and also a front and rear profile device of the welding torch 8 is constituted of this profile sensor 9, slide bar connecting bodies 10, 12, a slide bar 11, a slide block 13, front and rear sieves 15, 16, sieves 17, 18, a wire cable 19, bevel gears 22, 23, a bevel pinion 24 and a driving shaft 25, and it can be turned by a turning gear 28. A pinching position of a welding core wire 41 by a pair of feed rolls 39, 40 is set onto the rotating center of the rotating gear 28. The welding torch 8 does not contact with a work, etc., even in a narrow place, and an automatic welding is executed efficiently. |
