PURPOSE:To have automatic sorting of parts by measuring the position of supplied parts under locational control, putting the parts in arrangement upon ranking, and by replacing a tray fully loaded automatically, with an empty tray. CONSTITUTION:Parts stored in a tray magazine 16 pass a supply part 17 and are fixed to a measuring unit at a locational control part 18, and their dimensions are measured at a measuring part 19. After measurement, the parts classified into different ranks are put in arrangement one after another by the X, Y, Z ais arms 22, 23, 24 in an accommodation part 25 according to said ranking. When it is sensed off that any tray in this accommodation part 25 is fully loaded, this is moved by a locational device 27, and an empty tray 28 is pushed ahead to replace it. |
