<p>PURPOSE:To supply a required amount of air to a burner for incinerating diesel engine particulates appropriate to the change in the altitude, by correcting the lift of a valve for supplying air to said burner by means of a computor on the basis of the atmospheric pressure and the differential pressure on the opposite sides of said valve. CONSTITUTION:An air pump 23 is provided in an air passage connecting an air cleaner 31 and a burner 22 with each other, and a diaphragm type air control valve 25 having a first chamber 25a to which a constant pressure is applied from a constant-pressure valve and a second chamber 25b to which the atmospheric pressure is applied is provided between the air pump 23 and the burner 22. Here, arrangement is such that the differential pressure in a front chamber A and a rear chamber B of the air control valve 25 or the atmospheric pressure can be applied selectively to a pressure sensor 29 via solenoid valves 32, 34. With such an arrangement, a computor 24 calculates the required lift of the air control valve 25 on the basis of the differential pressure in the front and rear chambers A, B or the atmospheric pressure applied from the pressure sensor 29 and corrects the valve lift by a solenoid valve 35.</p> |
