<p>The vehicle designed for easy assembly and maintenance has a body section, with rear wheels attached, a driving section and a bonnet which fits over the driving section. The driving section includes the engine, front wheels, steering wheel and all controls. To assemble the body and driving sections, the driving section is supported in a normal position and the body section is supported at an angle with its back higher than the front. It can then be attached by lowering the back giving an interlocking action. The driving section has an inverted U-shaped structural member (10) around its sides and top edge with bolt holes for connecting to matching portions on the body section. The bonnet is a one-piece moulding incorporating the headlamps, other lamps, and shock absorbers.</p> |
