PURPOSE:The titled glazing mix having improved taste, spoiling slightly an oil, having good durability, by using wheat flour, starch, salt, sugar, seasoning, spice, etc. as raw materials, adding further glycine and citric acid to them. CONSTITUTION:Preferably 15-50wt% soft wheat flour, 55-27wt% starch, 3-7wt% salt, 2-5wt% sugar, 2-6wt% seasoning, and 0.3-8wt% spice are used as raw materials and further blended with 1-5wt% glycine, and 0.04-0.1wt% citric acid, to give the desired glazing mix to be used with water. |
