PURPOSE:To reduce flow rate resistance and attain size reduction by arranging the 2nd curved blade at the downstream side of a rotating body which is arranged in the swivel flow formed by the 1st curved blade symmetrically with the 1st curved blade at 180 deg., and detecting the rotational frequency of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:An arcuate blade 11 as the 1st curved blade is fixed to a casing 12 in a housing 10 to swivel fluid to be detected axially, a magnetic spherical body 13 as the rotating body which rotates circumferentially in a vertical plane in the flow direction is provided at the downstream side of the blade 11, and an arcuate blade 14 as the 2nd curved blade is constituted at its downstream side symmetrically at 180 deg. and fixed to the casing 12. Then, a rotation detector 18 for the spherical body 13 which consists of a magneto-resistance element 17 as a magnetic detecting element and a permanent magnet 16 is provided outside of the housing 10 to measure the rotational frequency of the spherical body 13 proportional to the flow rate. |
