摘要 PURPOSE:To raise the brightness of a luminescent diode even with inductance load, by changing the position of connection of the luminescent diode when a circuit consisting of two silicon controlled rectifiers and a constant voltage diode is controlled through a sensor circuit. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 24 is turned on or off by the action of the sensor circuit 1 such as a proximity switch to control the silicon controlled rectifiers 22, 23. The cathode of a diode 32 is connected to the node of a resistor 26 with a capacitor 29, and the anode of the diode 32 is connected to the cathode of the constant voltage diode 30 through the luminescent diode 34. Current is kept by the diode 32 from flowing through the resistor 26. Thereby, the leaking current during the turn-off of the silicon controlled rectifier 22 is reduced. When the rectifier 22 is closed, current supplied to the sensor circuit 1 flows through the luminescent diode 34. Therefore, the luminescent diode 34 can be very brightly lighted on even with inductance load.
