PURPOSE:To delete the number of parts by using a pressing ring and a cylinder also as means for applying a pressing force between a vibrator which forms a stator and a contactor which forms a rotor, and means for holding them. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 3, an electrostrictive element 2, a vibration absorber and a holding ring 6 form a stator. A contactor 4, a holding ring 5, a pressing dowel 8, a pressing ring 9 and a cylinder 10 form a rotor. Many rolling balls 7 are inserted between the ring 6 of the stator and the flange of the cylinder 10 of the rotor. The stator is interposed under pressure between the contactor 4 and the balls 7 by the elastic deforming forces of the ring 9 and the cylinder 10. |
