PURPOSE:To improve a security characteristic by reading individual registered data registered in a registration card by a discriminating machine, comparing the measured data, executing the coincident collation, and outputting the decided result. CONSTITUTION:The individual characteristic data, etc., of an owner are registered respectively to the registration card beforehand, at the time of discriminating the special individual, the individual registered data registered into the said registration card by a discriminating machine are read, compared with the measured data, the coincident collation is executed and the deciding result is outputted. The individual registered data are preferably stored into the owned by each individual, consequently, as conventionally, it is not necessary to build the registered data memory in the discriminating machine, a memory backing-up device is also not necessary, the limitation even to the number of the registered persons is eliminated, and since the revision of the registered data is hard, the security characteristic is improved. |
