PURPOSE:To obtain a soybean food readily eatable by any person and having original nutrient value of soybean, by crushing and kneading soybean grains. CONSTITUTION:A large amount of raw soybean grains are put into a hopper, etc. transferred to e.g. a twin-screw extruder and crushed and kneaded at a constant rate. Proper amounts of water and flavor are added to the soybean grains during the above process and, if necessary, the produced soybean food is converted to a form having plural laminated layers of the raw material sheets. |
