PURPOSE:To readily regulate a control gate by regulating the stepping width of a speed change in response to the current limiting operation state. CONSTITUTION:A current command value i* output from a speed control amplifier 1 is input through a current limiter 22 to a power converter 2 as a current reference. A speed set change block 12 detects that a limit detector 23 limits a current,a limiting time detector 24 counts a time Tl while the current is limited, and compares it with an allowable limiting time Tl* set by a limiting time setter 25. When the time Tl exceeds the allowable time Tl*, the stepping width omega0 of the speed set change is sequentially reduced by DELTAomega0=K(Tl-Tl*), where K is a constant,. |
