PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a radio talking channel or a frequency by storing and informing whether or not an incoming terminal equipment is a recall object terminal equipment at the start of talking and discriminating whether the talking is that with a recall object thermal equipment or not at the end of talking so as to reduce the ineffective holding time. CONSTITUTION:When a talking request from a mobile terminal equipment 11 comes, a mobile exchange station 14 discriminates whether or not a request destination terminal equipment is a recall object terminal equipment and informs and stores the result into a calling mobile terminal 11 through a radio line control station 13 and a radio base station 12 at the talking channel setting by using, e.g., a channel designation signal. When the caller mobile terminal equipment 11 hooks on its handset earlier at the end of talking, whether or not the opposite terminal equipment in the storage is a recall object is discriminated, the result is added to an end of call signal and informed to a radio base station 12. When the caller mobile terminal equipment 11 completes the talking, its handset is hooked on and whether or not the opposite terminal equipment in the storage is a recall object is checked, and when the equipment is not the recall object, the end of call signal is sent while no recall signal is added, then the radio line is cut off immediately to turn off the power supply of a transmitter/ receiver. |
