PURPOSE:To improve warm heat environment at a perimeter zone by blowing off cool wind to cover a window glass with an air curtain discharged from slits in the upper air path placed at the inner circumference of a window frame at the space cooling time and also blowing off warm air from slits in the lower air path at the heating time. CONSTITUTION:At the space cooling time, a supply path 2c and the upper path 2a are closed by a switchover damper 5 at a supply side and a switchover damper 6 at a return side respectively. Cool wind flowing in a supply duct 9 is blown off from slits 3 through the path 2a of each window along the surface of a window glass 1 and reaches the lower part of the glass in laminar flow condition. At the heating time, the path 2a and a return path 2d are closed by the dampers 5 and 6 respectively. Warm wind flowing in the duct 9 is blown off on the surface of the glass 1 from slits 4 and flows into a duct from slits 4 and flows into a duct 10 through the slits 3.
