PURPOSE:To decrease the charge of a broad band communication network by storing once moving image information requested by the user in a moving image information storage device and allowing the user to extract the storage moving image information from the moving image information storage device at a desired time so as to improve the utilizing efficiency of lines in a network. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a reservation from the user, a moving image information storage device 2 makes the connection reservation and the transmission reservation of the moving image information requested by the user to a broad band communication network 1 and a moving image information data base 41 to input the moving image information desired by the user until a predetermined time. The broad band communication network 1 checks the idle state of lines and inquires about the connection enable state and the propriety of transmission of desired moving image information of the moving image information data base 41 through a control signal line 81 and replies the propriety of the reception to the moving image information storage device 2 while discriminating the results above. In receiving the negative reply, the moving image information storage device 2 informs it to the user through an information line 101. In receiving the negative notice, the user makes actions to designate other time. |
