摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable delicate control in each process of injection molding, by providing a motor driven controller sending instructions to a control motor connected with a discharge quantity changing mechanism of a variable delivery pump and performing a positioning control of the discharge quantity changing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A control motor 46 controlling a variable discharge pump 40 is connected with the pump 40 through a transmission mechanism 47. Solenoids (a), (b) each of solenoid valves 35-39 for mold breaking and clamping are so constituted that excitation signals S1-S9 each of a sequence control part 49 controlling synthetic sequences (procedures) of an injection molding process by a combination of a process signal of each part and a coincident signal to be obtained through comparison of a position signal from an action position detector of each part with a position presetting device are applied to them. Then the sequence control part 49 is so constituted that instruction signals S10-S28 each put out in order according to the above process signal and coincident signal are applied respectively to a speed.pressure control part 50. The instruction signals S10-S24 each applied to the above-mentioned speed.pressure control part 50 are sent to a speed presetting device through an inverter INV and the above instruction signals S25-S28 each are sent to a pressure presetting device.
