PURPOSE:To make the device small and lightweight and easy to operate by integrating a TV section and a VTR section by a case and using only one common primary side power source switch. CONSTITUTION:Load as a power source of a TV section 10 and a VTR section 11 can be supplied from the secondary side of one transformer by providing winding of a switching transformer for the TV section 10 and VTR section 11 simply, and constitution becomes simple. To make the power source of the VTR section 11 on, reset voltage and power on voltage are generated utilizing voltage supplied to the VTR section 11, and actual voltage of the VTR section 11 is controlled simultaneously by output of a system control microcomputer. Accordingly, the difference of starting voltage applied to motors and circuits at the time of power source on does not occur, and the voltage of the VTR section 11 can be risen surely without causing malfunction.
