PURPOSE:To reduce the voltage of a power supply by operating an oscillation circuit if the power supply voltage for its oscillating operation is equal to or higher than the threshold voltage of an N-channel MOS transistor TR. CONSTITUTION:The first power source VDD and a source 2 and a back gate 4 of a P-channel MOS TR P1 are connected, and a gate 1 of the TR P1 is led out as an oscillation control terminal CNT. A drain 3 of the TR P1 and one end of a load resistance R1 are connected, and the other end of the resistance R1 and a drain 10 of an N-channel MOS TR N2 are connected, and their connection point is led out as an OUT terminal 21. A source 11 and a back gate 12 of the TR N2 and the second power source VSS are connected, and an oscillator X18 and a feedback resistance R17 are connected in parallel between a gate 9 and the drain 10 of the TR N2, and capacitors CG19 and CD 20 are connected between both terminals of the gate 9 and the drain 10 of the TR N2 and the power source VDD or VSS.
