PURPOSE:To enable a control means operated with a general purpose software to control a system where interface units on which different quantities of load to be connected are put on, are mixed, by providing a communication processing means which receives selectively a packet data including address data within a range of its own address set with its own address setting means. CONSTITUTION:When its own optional address (n) (0-255) is set with its own address setting means 11 in an interface unit 5, a communication processing means 7 is operated to receive selectively the packet data having the address data n-(n+7). The communication processing means 7 outputs the ON/.OFF information of loads (2n)-(2n+7) included in a received packet data according to either of bits DB0-DB7, then controlling the load. For example, when the communication processing means 7 receives the packet data having the address data of (n+4), it outputs the ON/OFF information of the load (2n+4), and controls the load (2n+4).
