PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of an object to be welded, to reduce the inferiority within a process and to enhance productivity by laying a thin-wall resin film having hardness lower than that of an object to be welded between a receiving jig and the object to be welded. CONSTITUTION:A central heating part 5 is provided on the bottom wall 4 of a box-shaped object 1 to be welded composed of a synthetic resin in a protruding state and, when the object 1 to be welded is set to a receiving jig 2 made of a metal, a thin-wall resin film is laid between the object 1 to be welded and the receiving jig 2. The drilled hole 8 of the base part 7 of a welding body (partition plate) 6 made of a synthetic resin is externally fitted to the central heating part 5 and the press jig 10 provided on the tip of a horn 9 is pressed to the central heating part 5 protruding from the base part 7 of the welding body 6 by 2 - 3mm while subjected to ultrasonic vibration to perform welding. The thin-wall resin film 3 is set to have a hardness lower than that of the object 1 to be welded to prevent the damage of the object 1 to be welded and further set to a necessary min. thickness (t) generating no damage to be set so as to withstand the generation of heat due to vibration without absorbing ultrasonic vibration as possible, that is, without lowering welding efficiency. |
