PURPOSE:To scarcely allow self-discharge at the time of nonuse and to reduce power loss at the time of use by pouring liquid into a pressure bag only at the time of use, and pressurizing the electrode layer. CONSTITUTION:A pressure bag 10 made of rubber or synthetic resin is arranged in a gap between the inner wall of a case 5 and an electrode plate 6. Liquid is poured into the bag 10 at the time of using it for charging/discharging in order to increase the pressure to a predetermined level, thus decreasing the internal resistance. The liquid in the bag 10 is removed at the time of nonuse, and its internal resistance is increased. Thus, it is scarcely self-discharged at the time of nonuse, and power loss is reduced at the time of use. |
