<p>PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by dropping adhesive agents from plural nozzles onto the outside surface of a trim body right after bending of the trim body, thereby applying the adhesive agents to the surface. CONSTITUTION:The trim body 2 bent by a bending machine 7 is successively transported and the aperture width of side wall parts 2B, 2C is regulated to prescribed sizes by working surfaces 23a, 24a of rollers 23, 24. The adhesive agents B1 to B4 of prescribed properties dropping from respective nozzles 33A, 33B, 33C, 33D are automatically applied on the prescribed positions of the outer peripheral surface of the trim body 2 between positioning guides 43 and 44 at the time when the trim body is passed in the prescribed orbit by the positioning guides 43, 44. The trim body 2 applied with the adhesive agent B is dried in a drying furnace 10 and an ornamental cloth 3 is stuck thereto. The uniform and efficient application of the coated film is possible in this way.</p> |
