PURPOSE:To enable practically sufficient galvanization at the inside of a screw hole by making a screw hole through a housing member, performing galvanization and then sealing the through hole with sealant. CONSTITUTION:A screw hole is bored in the protruding section 21A of the rotary hub 21 for a motor 20 from the upper end face 21B thereof to a predetermined depth. A through hole 21E, communicated with the screw hole 21C and reaches to the lower face 21D, is made through the rotary hub 21 while a groove section 21F, communicated with the through hole 21E, is made in the lower end face 21D of the rotary hub 21 and then a hold ring 24 is fitted in the groove section 21F. Since the through bole 21E communicated with the screw bole 21C is bored and the hold ring 24 is mounted in the groove section 21F after the rotary hub 21 is subjected to galvanization, the inside of the screw hole 21C can be subjected to practically sufficient galvanization and a foreign matter can be prevented from being scattered from the inside of the motor 20 through the screw hole 21C to the outside. |
