A method for forming a ceramic heating coil comprises (a) stripping films on surface of metal plate with sand blasting, washing it with alkali or dil. acid soln. (b) printing ceramic coating reagent on its surfaqce for insulation about thickness of 20-40μm by screen printing method more than two times, heating it at 120-180 deg.C for 10min and above, building its total thickenss above 120μm by iteration of above processes, (c) printing conducting ceramic ink reagent for electric circuit above 30μm by screen printing method, after contacting it with electrode, it is heated at 120-180 deg.C for 20-40 min, and (d) printing ceramic insulating reagent on it about thickness of 20-40μm by screen printing method more than two times, heating it at 120-180 deg.C for 10 min. It has advantages of minimization of heater vol. and no contact heater with its atmosphere.
